Finally, we are getting around to the mighty Sportster! First is the 2 into 1 pipe used from 1957 to 1965, 65454-57, we just finished a short run of these. They snap on the heads and are tight everywhere, just like the originals. We made the expanded end tip spot welded, also like original. Shown with our 65231-52 spot welded muffler, 65279-57 rear muffler clamp, and 65275-52 muffler to pipe clamp.

We recently replicated the original 4 pipe system for JD models. This was quite the task and we were lucky enough to have someone lend us an original sample.
