Domestic orders usually ship the next business day after placing the order. For fastest delivery we recommend UPS. 

International orders usually ship the next business day after placing the order. We highly recommend DHL services for international orders. These services are usually more money but result in faster shipping and a smoother transaction for your order.

VAT charges vary by country and may be due at the time of your delivery.

Once your package leaves the United States we no longer can assist in your order. It will be up to you to determine the status of your package.
