FAQ
What is an MCO (MSO) for a motorcycle frame? An MCO is a 'manufacturer's Certificate of Origin". This a legal receipt that traces the frame back to the manufacturer based off of a 17 digit vehicle identification number. Most jurisdictions will use this document as part of the titling process for your newly assembled motorcycle. Every state and jurisdiction is different and some states may require a vehicle safety inspection based on the current year requirements. This will also effect how you ultimately insure your motorcycle. It is always best to check with your local laws before starting your project.
What is your warranty policy? We offer a full replacement warranty on all of our products for the life of the product. This guarantee is for manufacturer defect or part failure. We do not warranty surface finishes, coatings, or normal wear and tear. We do not reimburse for your paint job or labor.
Can I pick up my order in the store? Yes! We allow in store pick ups. Be aware we are a manufacturing company with no fancy showroom, just loud machines. Your order will be at the "Will Call" desk in the shipping dock.
