Gasbox Standard Rigid Frame for Rubber Mounted Sportster's

Full rigid frame for 2004-22 Sportster. 

CNC bent tubing, TIG weld construction, CNC laser and bent tabs.

Rear of frame is roughly 4” longer than stock with 2” of drop.

This frame has a standard neck height and has 32 degrees.

Accepts 1” front fork stem and stock 1" rear axle. 

Designed for early style Sportster kickstand. Ironhead style 1952-81. 

You can choose to order with standard Sportster gas tank mounts or Frisco tank mounts. The Standard Sportster tank mounts are the 1952-77 Ironhead style mounts most commonly found on custom tanks. The Frisco style mounts are for Frisco style Sportster tank mounts, Frisco Wassell style tanks are slightly shorter and the tabs will require the holes to be lengthened. 

You can also order with the oil tank (010404) mounted. This means the lower oil tank tab is welded onto the frame and the oil tank is installed with all hardware.

This frame eliminates the OEM rubber mounts and converts the engine to solid mount. A front engine solid mount adapter will need to be purchased. 

MSO included. This is required when changing frames in certain states.
